The kids enjoyed the water park. It kept them entertained for hours. the variety of food at the restaurants was pretty good. we loved the different options and the quality was awesome. we loved the pool but the view was amazing!
The check-in process was slow and disorganized and we waited over an hour, frustrating. the noise from the nearby airport was noticeable especially at night. we could hear planes taking off frequently. the air conditioning was not suitable. I felt hot.

the hotel had good facilities for kids. the kids clubs and pools seemed to entertain them well.
The room was not cleaned until 5pm each day. this was inconvenient because we wanted to relax in the room before dinner. The drinks were served in paper coffee cups around the pool. i also tasted chlorine in a coke

The restaurant options felt too complicated. It was hard to understand them. the website lacked explanations.

A Romantic Getaway for Families

The hotel provides activities that are family oriented. I found the mini water park great. Lifeguard Moses provided guidance to every child, he ensured everyone felt happy and safe. There were many pools that were cleaned daily. The cleaning of the interior and exterior of the hotel was good.
After confirmation, I went to my room and it was not there. I called them two times to request the baby crib. They ignored my request.

The hotel is around a 30-minute taxi ride from the Burj Khalifa. Reaching the Palm requires approximately 35 minutes by taxi. Ample taxis visit the hotel making transport easy and of good value.

A Romantic Family Escape

The staff was attentive , and the room was always super clean. My family enjoyed the pools , especially the heated ones, and the kids loved the aqua slide pool. I appreciated lifeguard Kamal , as he was so friendly and great with the children.

limited waterpoor facility information
The all-inclusive package had surprising limitations. I found it odd that water wasn't complimentary during meal times.. only soft drinks were included. I wasn't properly informed about all the facilities. I didn't discover everything until the last two days of my stay, a real waste of money.

mixed feelings about my stay
gym equipmentchlorine smelldirty bathroom
i was happy the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes, i do like to stay active.
the family pool had a strong chlorine smell, it was really unpleasant. i think it needs better cleaning. the women's bathroom by the pool was also very dirty, i saw a used pad on the floor.
